Goal:  To strengthen the current intervention plan, eliminate areas of weaknesses in the current intervention plan, and improve academic achievement in math and reading.

Create a survey to get feedback from teachers on the academic interventions that were used last school year.	Myself	September 9-13, 2013	Surveymonkey.com	This data will give me an constructive feedback on how the teachers feel about the current interventions being used on campus.
Create a journal to keep track of observations & scores from six weeks exams (interventions being actively utilized)	Myself, site supervisor, instructional coach, campus principal	September 2013-May 2014	Benchmark exams, results from research based computer programs (Think-Through Math, Study Island)	This form of data will assist in providing  long running detailed accounts of the interventions being used.
Create an evaluation sheet to disseminate data displaying the strengths and weaknesses in each academic areas.  Present results of research to faculty and staff.
